i paid my electricity bill, but it still got disconnected in ruiru.
I have called the above numebrs since monday for reconnection after paying the charges, talked to more than ten people on that telephone, the story is the same, give me your account number etc,,, please i want power reconnection. Can your office help?.
Hello Kenya Power. My bill was fully settled. But am surprised to get a bill of 675 of the month of September yet i have been in blackout for a month since August. My power has not yet been restored despite visiting you offices five times, being promised that power will be reconnected for your information those are working hours i ask permission from work. I bought a token on Sunday worth 250 and up to today I haven't received the token. I ended up being more frustrated by calling your customer service line which ended up consuming all of my airtime and no agent picked my call. Your response rate is wanting. Three times last week we have not had power. Each time it takes more that 24 hours to respond. This is very unfortunate. You really need to improve on your service to your customers.

My June bill was read with errors.
It indicated a reading of 16736 instead of 16143.
I went to your ruiru office with the correct reading and they promised to rectify the error. I was told to pay an amount of kshs. 2970, but paid 3000 for 156 units. Now am being threatened with disconnection on 17th July for an unpaid bill of kshs. 13764. Due to your reading errors.Why should i be victimized due to your reading errors? Kindly assist.
