I did not enroll in any ongoing program, yet I am charged monthly in varying amounts by your company. Beginning on April 14 2015 I was charged $52. 80. I was then charged $26. 98 on May 18 2015. I was charged $19. 99 on June 16 2015, and finally another $26. 98 on July 13 2015. The program I signed up for was for two payments of $19. 99, and that is indeed the product(s) I received (1 belt, and one tube of cream). As such I would like the charges over and above $39. 98 refunded to me for a total of $86. 77 as soon as possible.
I had cancelled and returned my belt at my expense, during the time I cancelled and you refunded me, you sent me a suppose tube of cream and charged my CC another $26. 98. I disputed that charge with my cc company and contacted you the envelope that was suppose to have the cream in it came to my PO empty, with a note on it that says "Received unsealed, received without contents at Rochester. The top looks like it was ripped open and the only thing in the envelope was the packing slip. SAVR10901526. Because of this I asked that you refund my card and because I cancelled and returned the belt I do not want you to send me the missing product. I was assured you would take care of it. Now my CC company says you are charging my acct. Back for the $26. 98. This is totally unethical and I want it refunded again.

I have reapeatedly called customer service because I need to speak to a representative and I can not get passed that automated ordering system. I have called both numbers and keep reaching dead ends.
In June I ordered the belt. July I received the belt and creme. On August 2nd there was a $26.98 debit in my checking account from your company. I was told that my account had a debit amount because they shipped out more creme. I was also told that the information was on the packing slip to inform them within 30 days if I wanted to cancel the program. There hasn't been 30 days yet. I did not receive the order until the second week of July. On today, August 2nd, I was told by Customer Service that the membership had been canceled, but the $26.98 will not be put back in my account. Beware!

I cancelled my order in May and you continue to send me this cream. I call customer service and they reroute me to a different number and disconnect the call. I have a reference number# 9220511 and a cancellation # 9220520. Constant busy signal makes me think the are numerous complaints and un satisfied customers with this product.

After three days, I started getting very itchy and that night developed a rash. It got worse and had to stop using it. The rash took three days to go away...Too bad, I was hoping it really worked.
