Hi I sent and amount of $1250/- on May09, 2016 to be transferred to India to Citi NRI account. Today is May15, 2015 and I still couldn't the funds in my CITI NRI accounts. My bank already charge me with the money i sent (i talked to my bank about this and they said that my money was taken already by Xoom, or Xoom charge me already.)to the Philippines, but Xoom did not forward my money yet, they been asking information about my bank statement before they can speed up or process my transaction, so frustrating, called and email Xoom many times, but there's nothing they can do about my problem. I did send the screenshot of my bank statement as they wanted me to do, and after all those effort that i made still not resolve my problem, Xoom remittance is quicker, fastest as they advertise, but its the other way around, .
